What are therapies and treatments

Our clinicians have been trained in various techniques and assessments tools that can assist with emotional regulation, grief and loss, drug and alcohol, trauma, autism, moods, relationships for both children and adults. We can support you with mental health treatment by using evidence based therapy. We also offer skill development and emotional regulation for people with a disability such as autism and intellectual disability.

Fees

If you’re uncertain about the options listed below, we can provide further information during your assessment. The cost of your session will vary based on several factors, including:

  • Whether you have NDIS funding.

  • If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan or a Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor, which may cover part of the session cost through Medicare.

What is outreach therapeutic services?

This means that we can come to your home or meet you at school.

What is face to face counselling?

We offer clinic based appointments from Byron Bay.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is an excellent and often preferred for busy individuals and families. You can access support from the comfort of your home with one click access no matter where you are.

This eliminates geographical barriers and allows for consistent intervention and means you won’t have to travel. This also means that parent and staff training can be effectively accessed and included in the involvement of therapy which improves the effectiveness.

Will Telehealth work? I’m worried by child or love one won’t pay attention

Telehealth is tailored to each person and their needs. We adapt activities to their learning style, interests and can keep them actively involved.

How can I make a referral?
